Practical and Ethical Use of AI in Legal Practice: The Droids You are Looking For

Course Description:

AI isn’t here to replace lawyers—but, used correctly, it is the droid that can handle repetitive work, point us in the right direction, and free us to do the judgment, ethics, and advocacy only humans are allowed to do. This presentation will cover how to ethically incorporate AI tools into your legal practice, both substantively and with non-legal tasks.

Speaker Bio:

Dineen Pashoukos Wasylik is the only lawyer in Florida who is board certified in both Intellectual Property and Appellate practice – which by definition makes her a bit of a nerd. Her practice has always had a focus on technology issues, and she is always working to use technology more efficiently in the practice of law. When not nerding out on tech, Dineen’s law firm, DPW Legal, in Tampa, assists small businesses with their intellectual property planning and litigation needs and provides trial support and appellate representation throughout Florida.
