Family Law: Engagement to Divorce

Course Description:

This presentation provides an overview of issues from the beginning, end and post-dissolution phases of marriage. We will discuss prenuptial agreements, discussing their purpose and enforceability. We will discuss the divorce process, including topics of alimony, assets, debts & children and post-decree enforcement and modifications.

Speaker Bio:

Daniel Bubley graduated The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 1988. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and in Florida. Daniel along with his brother Martin Bubley established the law firm of Bubley & Bubley, P.A., in 1992. In addition to practicing law, Daniel has been coaching high school ice hockey for over 22 years. Recently his Steinbrenner Warriors have won back to back State Championships.
