Puerto Rico Tax Incentives Act; Act #60
This program will discuss ramifications of civil law in Puerto Rico, concentrating on civil law, and compare to matters concerning common law, and interrelation between the different jurisdictions and comity.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
John R. O'Connor
John R. O'Connor, Obtained a BA from New York University, major in political science, and minored in biology. Law school, Interamerican University, Admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico in 1982, New York in 1992, and Florida in 1996. Practice mainly in business entities, litigation, commercial civil law, etc.
