FEATURED PRESENTATION: Networking November

You asked (thanks for filling out the NTBA member survey!), and so we're answering!

This is our first speed networking event since before the pandemic, and it is way overdue.   Each one of our members has a lot to offer both in their field of practice and as a colleague in our area.  But how many people do you really know?  And isn't it weird sometimes to walk into a regular luncheon and have to approach people yourself?  Do you often just find yourself talking to the people you know, never truly meeting the people you don't?

Let this event make expanding your network easy on you.  Speed networking (sometimes known as business speed dating) is a tool for you to efficiently make real and valuable connections quickly, without the awkward social anxiety.  After a minute or two of chatting with one person, giving your elevator pitch and getting theirs, we move on!  And you have a new connection.

Members and guests are all welcome!  If you know of someone who has been considering joining the NTBA, this will be the best way for them to get an introduction to what we're all about.  And the more connections we make, the better for all of our members as well!

Food Drive

We're running a food drive for the Community Food Pantry!  Bring any non-perishables, but especially any Thanksgiving-themed foods.  Toiletries and pet supplies also gladly accepted.
