Tax Update

Gabe began his legal career engaged in the private practice of law with prestigious firms in Connecticut and New York City.  Gabe established himself in the private practice of law in Tampa, Florida, specializing in estate and business tax planning as well as employee benefits ( labor and taxation issues) matters . He was the co-author of an article entitled "Personnel Provisions of Tax Reform" which appeared in a March 1987, edition of a nationally distributed trade journal . 

Gabe received his Bachelor o f Science degree from the University of Scranton (1978), his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola University School of Law (1981 ) and his Master of Legal Letters (in taxation) from Boston University School of Law (1982 ). He received his admittance to the Florida Bar in December of 1990 (Bar# 0872148) and admittance to the Connecticut Bar in November of 1982 (Juris# 370448). Gabe was also appointed to The United States Tax Court in 1982 ( ID# FG 2007, PTIN# P01377503 , CAF# 1205- 03231R). He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of estate and business planning as well as employee benefits.  

Gabe has achieved the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards by receiving The AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Gabe has also been admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States (Bar# 305386) in April of 2018.
