The Carrollwood Bar Association’s (CBA) monthly CLE luncheon will be held Thursday, June 14th, 11:45 AM - 1:15 PM, at Carrollwood Country Club, 13903 Clubhouse Dr, Tampa FL 33618.

Mr. Spicola is the General Counsel of the Constitution Revision Commission. He previously served in the Governor’s Office as General Counsel from April 2016 through April 2017. Prior to that he served as the General Counsel at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) from January 2015 to April 2016. He served in other roles in DPBR as Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and the Chief Attorney in the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering.  From 2012 to 2013, Spicola worked as a Senior Attorney at the Office of Insurance Regulation. Spicola also served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 2nd Judicial Circuit of Florida. He earned his bachelor’s and law degree from the University of Florida.
